Lagos CP should just ask AIT, STV Channels MiTV to broadcast his photos 10 times each.

And ask anyone who knows him should kindly text his details.

Same with all the ATM One chance robbers.

Also, if we can cross reference the image with WAEC, INEC and BVN database, we'd have his details in 12hours...
