Congratulations. Don't rely completely on this job as you may have just destroyed your future. This is why I said so; the bank may not need your service when you are 40 as they always want younger people in ur position. At that time, you may not be able to get another job and you would have gotten your own family. Your colleagues who were recruited directly would have become managers and moved higher up the ladder. So, take the job as a temporary one while you look for something better. Workforce is a contract job and not a career.
