Please help me in making a decision in the purchase of gotv and startime.

I need a digital tv without dish.
Which is preferable to provide HD pictures and without dish between gotv and startimes?

I prefer startimes but my fear is the Picture quality. Can startimes give me HD picture without using the DISH OPTION?

Gotv is better but currently I am not enjoying Gotv. For days now it's been cracking seriously and am living in ibadan. This is happening to all Gotv in my area.

Is the new startime Hd decoder (using antenna and not dish) having the same picture quality as gotv?
