Igbos have a reputation as bad tenants in Lagos. It's bn dt way for decades. Landlords would rather rent out to anyone else cos their houses are either damaged, populated by 10 adults, refusal to pay rent, dragging house wt u or just being disrespectful at every laid down rule. I've seen it time & time again.

Except ur a professional landlord dt deals wt tenants thru lawyers, letters & police action, they end up frustrating ur life. True story.

This landlord shouldn't have resolved to murder though.

Yoloba landlords sef.check very well he inherited that house from his grandfather.lazy set of people work they will not all the do is to fight over one or two rooms.

I was planning to visit lagos for the first time,for a six month course but with landlords turning boko men.i have to rethink.

Where ever he is detained now,he will be full of regrets. People should learn how to control their temper and tolerate others to avoid this unpleasant situation.

You sure say naija police no go free am before 5am the next day? All he has to do is command the rest of the tenants to pay 2yrs rent for handing over to the police and it's done! Nothing further!
