Its obvious you read but did not understand the logic involved in this argument. Jonathan had given 2b to some states from the so called ecological funds but only pdp owned states were beneficiaries. Now buhari wants to strike the balance to those states who didn't receive including some of the pdp states (hopefully) who didn't get cus they fell out of favour with Jonathan! Nothing further!

There's no order for the release of such refund, by my understanding, if there's prove that the states spent money to repair any federal roads, be it now or in the future, then they'll get the said 50% refund. I have nothing further!

I don't know why these people are having sleepless night over Ekweremadu. In the US, president Obama is of the democratic party while the senate & congress are controlled by the republican party yet they find a way to work together. Ekweremadu is not even the senate president. Ok, I now see where the problem is. They are scared that by the time they get rid of saraki, the mantle of leadership falls on Ekweremadu.
