Fellow Nlanders,

I have always noticed this strange thing hapening to my cousin... Each time he finish eating, he usually regurgitate just like ruminant animals. What baffles me more is the fact that it is a continous happening.

I confronted him thinking it was a delibrate act but he denied it and told me it started right from childhood.

I have been wondering and decided to bring it to our health personnels in the house.

Maybe he has esophageal reflux disease, he should see a doctor... because it's not normal

am also in that situation.....don't know its something bad though....pls what re the effect and also the way out
