 Hello Nairalanders,i have been experiencing this awkward turn of events for the past two days and it seems the customer service ladies @ Airtel aren't able to rectify the issue. Each time a call enters my phone,whether i receive it or not, Airtel deducts 4naira for sending me a notification that a certain number called me. It has sucked well over 300naira for two days now and it seems Airtel doesn't know how to solve it. Pls who's experiencing this At the Moment? And how did he/she rectify it? Tnx |

Saucekide25:Airtel sha!!! Well, i got my own billing issues resolved when i contacted them via their twitter handle @airtel_care. Issue was sharperly resloved. |
