can someone answer this question..they've been having this argument in a group chat,
is it state of origin certificate or LG certificate one is suppose to bring for screening cuz it's clearly stated in their requirements as STATE OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE

LGA ke

State of origin covers it all,LGA is useless in this matter.

But it's needed ATM. till after one have been admitted.O level n Jamb result is what is needed for now.

Don't mind the guy saying LG certificate...... As labodinho said, state of origin certificate covers it all since your LG of origin would be on it.... I did my screening last year and that was what was accepted

Certificate of state of origin is the same thing na? Or it isn't? Cus when I collected mine it was from my LGA. It indicated that I was from that LGA in that particular state. Labodinho isn't that it? Davbravo?

This is what the school said.If it was issued by.ur LGA of ur state of Origin,no probs.

At first candidates were happy about the scrapping of the post utme but right now it seems that is no longer the case. Candidates are no longer sure of the model that will be used anylonger, they have started smelling foul play by university administrator before they start issuing admission.

In the long run this might turn out to be a good policy but as it is right now, different school are just adopting different policy as oppose having a uniform policy.

Did ou think scrapping of post utme was a good thing and do you now think scrapping of post utme is a good thing.

Lemme rephrase, were u happy when post utme was first scrapped and are you happy now?

I heard the Senate at its metting agreed the method that'll be used for screening would be 50:50, I.e your utme score would be divided by 8 to get 50% and your 5 O'level subjects would make up for the remaining 50%( A1-10 B2-9. B3-8 C4-7 C5-6 C6-5) ...then the persons final score would be gotten....... before they then release the cutoffs for the various courses....... how true is this?
