2. Why claim grievance over something yoyocan never get in your own country like good service ?

They have some sort of partnership with British airways.

I bought a British airways ticket and ended up on an American Airlines flight. Very terrible airline with old aircrafts.

6 hours flight to newyork yet none of the seats had personal in-flight entertainment systems.

We all had to stretch our necks to watch the movi shown on a screen hanging from the 'ceiling' of the plane.

Yesterday, a flight from Philadelphia to Wisconsin was delayed too, this is summer, why do they delay flights ?? Maybe the air hostess was giving the pilot a handjob

AA is one of the largest airlines in the world. You must have gone to a remote location serviced by one of their older jets in their fleet : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Airlines_fleet

It's the Boeing 757 aircraft I guess. I avoid it like a plague.

Sometimes flights are delayed for genuine reasons; better to fix any detected fault than fly with some risks.
