So, the Nigerian Police Force is now the 'constituency' of David Mark abi That is indeed SHOCKING.

I am certain d Nigerian Police is d responsibility of the Executive so what has David Mark got to do with this? Some renovate or build structure ls as well as donate operational vehicles purely out of choice.

I am sure a police station in that area never formed part of constituency projects. It is true that the Legislature mostly diverts d funds for so-called constituency projects but this dilapidated police station is not d responsibility of David Mark or even d Benue state government.
