U-17 won world cup and yet they couldn't qualify for U-20 nation's cup which is automatic no qualification for world cup cry

Everything is upside down in Nigeria including sports, although USA is like sky to earth when it comes to basketball between us and dem (USA) cheesy

You see why I sooo much believe in the impartiality being displayed by the moderators here in nairaland... The last time I aired my displeasure here, I recieced a 7days ban by one of the moderators... My question ....Is there any form or criteria to the selection of front page news ...especially when am very sure I posted this news before anyone else...but I was ignored.. undecided

Honestly is not a bad result compare to who America are in term of basketball America are basket ball genius please. I wish this our boy could perform this same way or better in the real Olympic game then they wre sure of medal. Guy keep it and work more harder the result not too bad.

God bless Nigeria my country not like them that all they know is to carry bomb and to be seeking political power with no better contribution to the country called Nigeria than only to "rule maniac syndrome".

Saw the game and they didn't play that poorly, apart from the fact that the US suffocated them with wing defense...and they couldn't make 3-point shots. I swear it was 2/33 (loool). That's the major difference in the game.

At least they didn't lose by almost 100 points like they did the last time in 2012. An improvement for sure. grin

Imagine a team with Greek Freak, Okafor, Oladipo, Ezeli, and Aminu. And Bam Adebayo looks like a great prospect.

Anyway, they need to be more worried about Senegal, Cameroon, and Congo DR cos those countries have some of the best young basketball talents out of Africa.
