it simple dear just go to phone settings click data usage they you will see 3 dot on your screen at the upper right part of the screen click it you will see restrict barground data tick it done!!! now ur phone can only consume ur data on apps that is currently running on your phone in the sense that once you minimize the app automatically it will stop consuming your data hope this was helpful

Download opera max and use the app to block apps from accessing the net that will save your data

I don't think u can stop that, every smartphone OS has dat system services always running in background....don't try to hard you might harm ya phone.
