I'm reading about the trouble our athletes have in getting to Rio for the Olympics. We have 11 presidential jets. This shouldn't be an issue

1 or 2 of our 11 presidential jets could have been dedicated to #TeamNigeria to ease the difficulty facing them in getting to #RioOlympics.

Aduro very serious and complicated issue. If it's up to the deluded sharia fanatics up north,,.anything sports would be banned in Nigeria (except for Polo and golf) just the way they canceled a film village up north.
In their minds, sports encourages improper dressing and exposure of sensitive body parts.
I remember the 2004 Olympics when our dumb fanatics almost stopped Falilat Ogunkoya from competing because of sharia law, she had to redesign her track outfit to cover the whole body , making her look like a swimmer on track

Oil, oil, oil. If it is not oil, our leaders have little sense. That's why we pay little or no attention to other sectors of the economy.

To them, it is like what is in it for them? What is in it for their pockets? If they can't see it then it is not relevant.

But don't we plan? Don't we have an Olympic committee? Why are we stranded? Don't we have all the movement drawn from point A to point B and then back to Nigeria and what it will take? This is a serious embarrassment to Nigeria, Nigerians and Nigerians leaders.
