A qualified engineer is needed to supervise a building construction: If you are interested, I'd like to have your initial costs for discussion. The building is going to be a 2-storey building comprising of 3 2-bedroom flats, with 3 toilets, on the Ground Floor and 1st Floor, 2nd Floor would be a pent house with 3 bedrooms, 4 toilets, a study and 2 lounges.
