You ask them questions and they go like : "I'm not sure about it but you have to hold on for about 5mins" and you could be there hanged on for about 15mins to realised your call is being forwarded to another call centre in a different state, just for you to ask the same question again, iv'e given up on them tho..... tf

Since you use BlackBerry just subscribe and they will give you 6GB. you can even make it 7GB for N1500 and use it on pc , android or Bb. read the detail below if you still don't understand

Between all these customer care are clueless. They have absolutely no idea bout data plans. They don't keep up. I have once asked them what to do to qualify for the 1gb for 100naira weekend offer that i used sometime ago in someones' sim and guess what?
