I’m intrigued about British politics and I know their constitution isn’t written. Given the recent happenings in the British politics, I’ve two questions that a lecturer of political science can’t answer?

1. Can a former British Prime Minister become Prime Minister again? Has it ever happened? Can it ever happen?

2. Would a former Prime Minister retire from politics once he ceases being a Prime Minister, or would he still retain his/her seat in the House of Commons?

It’s a pity. They can’t answer the questions.

Normally a prime minister under a parliamentary system of govt is a member of d parliament he is elected by his colleagues to be deir leader so once if he is not occupying d position of prime minister he still remains a member of d parliament unless if he decides not to but remains d leader of opposition in d house if he decided to retain his seat in d parliament.
