So far is about #9,304,820.00. I will prefer to give precisely what were spent, so as the work continue the cost incurred will be communicated. But I may spend a little above what has already been spent. Thanks

Wow...good to see the work is going on smoothly. May it be an easy venture through. What will be in the pent floor? I am also continuing work soon on my 3 bedroom bungalow with pent floor in Abuja. Did the foundation to DPC already. Starting block work to upper floor next week and will really like to know the cost to deck the pent floor as per my plans attached. Told I will need about 5,400 9" blocks for the building. Will that be enough? Suggestions please...

Well sir, it all depends on the finishing you want. Let use door for example : You know there are local doors, Chinese and original Turkish brand but roughly...

#6,250, 000 to #8,850,000 can get it done... Your drawing and taste in finishing will affect the cost. Thanks
