An Important Question Nigerians Should Ask About Aisha Buhari's Travel Scandal by BuscadoRealty(op): 11:22am On Aug 09, 2016
Fellow Nigerians, I am actually not supporting any one in this issue but I made an observation that is worrisome.

If we think about it properly, is it really possible for the wife of the president of a country to visit another country without being acknowledged or recognized by either the president or the with of the president of the country being visited?

It is also becoming questionable that the trip has become arguable before our very eyes and there is no concrete evidence actually showing that the presidency confirmed her trip to the USA.

Why are they quiet about this and really can't show outstanding evidences of the visit rather than evidences that are being argued?

Seriously, I don't think pple get PMB at all! He has said there is no office of d 1st lady, so, why are Nigerians expecting any official form of acknowledgment on her visit?

Something Aisha confirmed and even went ahead to disclose her visit was privately funded!

This I understand there is no office of the first lady. It doesn't make sense that there is no office of the first lady and but even recognized as the wife of the president would not be regarded with respect when travels. I don't think the wife of any president has come to Nigeria or visited any country that sure a country will not acknowledge her presence. It sounds absurd and a total disrespect to such a country.

Any presidential wife coming into Naija is ultimately a 1st lady! As crazy n as absurd as it sounds, PMB's decision not to recognize such an office as created a lacuna!

How do u treat d wife of a president, not a 1st lady? That's d scenario we av found ourselves. If he creates an exception, wailers will be on him in an instant!
