Please kindly Advice or suggest best method to get refund.

I have known him for over 15yrs, he has lived in America for over 10yrs. he is from my village. I Sent him money since October 2015, to purchase a vehicle for Me in USA. But til now, Am yet to get any vehicle or refund. I have been calling him since over 5 month now. He has blocked my calls and activated voice mail on all my numbers.

Please what is the method to force him to pay me. Am a family man and in dire need of money badly . Any advice will be appreciated..

Write the American embassy, and furnish dem with details.. If you know his city, write a complaint letter to the local police in his city... He will call you in few hours..

Go and meet his pipu in ur village.Abi none of his family dey Niagra again?I believe he'll either deliver ur car/give u ur money back.Dnt report him to US embassy now biko

If you have any proof of failure to meet agreement on his part, report him to the police for fraud. But you must have letters, documents, or even an SMS or email of him accepting that he took money from you to purchase a car.

Let him hear from your village native doctor asap

He lives in East Houston in Texas .. I have Bank Electronic online transfer records.. Phone conversation records..

So you have those and you say u r stilk looking for your money,
Write to the embassy in Abuja.
Write to the texas police department.
Go to your local police command and report
Write to Interpol.. All these will cost you little to nothing
Make sure all your letters and evidences are attested by a notary public in nigeria.

Give 1week and send a reminder to american embassy.
If no response, write to the american immigration seeking their help in locating him and then as that their reports be channeled officially to you through the Interpol...
