Connectivity
Infinix Hot S is a dual SIM enabled smartphone. But it could be single SIM too. The dual SIM trail, is a hybrid trail, meaning you can use either two micro SIM cards, or one micro SIM card and a micro SDcard. That's Infinix Hot S does not have a dedicated micro SDcard slot.

Aside that, Infinix Hot S support GSM/WCDMA/4G LTE networks. Please check out the device full details in our catalog, for supported networks in your region. But not to worry, traditional connectivity options such as WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Hotspot, OTG etc are in place.

Battery And Other Features
As far as battery goes, there's a 3000 mAh non-removable battery in the smartphone, with support for fast charging facility. Not to worry much, the screen resolution is less demanding, and MediaTek MT6753 chipset is power efficient, so you could still derive a full day of usage from the smartphone, with the 3000 mAh battery. But it would have been nice to see something more.

Hot S also bring a rear fingerprint scanner, and Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) out of the box, underneath Infinix xUI 2.0.

Display
The Infinix Hot S has 5.2 inches IPS LCD, HD ( 720 x 1280 pixels) display. As mentioned above, previous rumors had suggested that the Hot S will mount a 5.2-inch FHD (1080 x 1920 pixels) display, well that is not the case now. However, a 720p screen on 5.2-inch display (about 283 PPI) is not the worst screen I've ever seen on a smartphone.

Memory
There's no 32 GB internal storage version, but you have 16 GB internal storage and if it not enough, you can push it up with external SDcard upto 128 GB in exchange for second SIM slot. And to ensure that all applications run smoothly even with 128 GB SDcard inserted, Infinix has loaded the Hot S with either 2 or 3 GB RAM.

As for the camera department, there's a rear 13 mega-pixel sensor on the device featuring f/2.2 aperture, autofocus and dual-LED (dual tone) flash. At some point, I use to think the ‘S’ in Hot S is for Selfie, because Infinix was generous to put an 8 mega-pixel OV8865 at the front of the device, featuring fix focus, and 120° angles which should guarantee stunning selfie, thanks to the presence of a front-facing LED flash and beauty tuning features.
