Please I'm not familiar with fasting. What's the best way to break fasts? Can I just eat anything?

Break your fast gently. With little water, then fruits (no mineral drink like fanta/coke/pepsi etc) or warm beverage, akamu before eating any solid food later. It is wiser to eat light foods than heavyweight foods like eba, apu etc while breaking your fasts.
