Well like you said the potential is there. I just hope he doesn't end at the Olympics. I want to see more of him. I remember adeleye of some years back. He was a decent defender but he never made it to the big stage.

Why does Nigeria always perform well in age grade competitions but then falter in senior international competitions where all countries are allowed to bring in players of any age?

Denmark have to go for it now, surely. For all their good play, Nigeria have proven more clinical. Mikel's quality has put them almost into the semi-finals. Dream Team VI just need to see the game out now.
