EXT. GBADA'S HUT FRONT - DAY

Ajala appears. He is described as a hunter, wearing a costume, and holding his Dane gun.

AJALA
Who is around?

Tade emerges from the hut. He wears rag-like clothes.

TADE
I'm here, sir.

AJALA
How are you? Where is your father?

TADE
He went to inspect his traps by the river bank down there.

Tade points in the direction of the river.

AJALA
I'll go and meet him there.

Ajala leaves.

EXT. RIVERSIDE - DAY

Gbada gazes at Ajala from a distance. He wears rag-like clothes.

GBADA
Who is this I'm looking at here? Ajala the great hunter! Custodian of doggs and muskets! It's being ages!

AJALA
My undisputed best friend, and palm wine drinker of Lamurudu fame.

Ajala shot into the air. Gbada raises his two hands saluting Ajala, and bangs his right leg on the ground simultaneously.

GBADA

AJALA
I'm just returning home since the last two weeks. I sold a deer in Isero. Got a roasted porcupine for you.

GBADA
I trust you. Hunting runs in the veins of your progenitors.

AJALA
Well said. Bolu despises this profession, despite my efforts to groom him.

GBADA
