Good day good people of Nairaland. I would like to know how power much power has improved in your area. When I first moved to Ojoo area of Ibadan in April, I would go days without light, and then maybe they would give us power for 7 hours one day, and then it would be till next week before we see light again. But I noticed since July that things have improved greatly. We now have at least 12 hours of light daily, sometimes we might have power for 24 hours straight. I just wanted to know if the improvement in power supply was nationwide, or just my Ajobo-Ojoo area of Ibadan. I live in Surulere, around Clegg street lagos. power has been relatively stable since the begging of this month. A great surprise came yesterday when we had 24 hours and still on as at the time I am posted this comment. I kindly wish to appeal to the enemies of Nigeria to continue blowing up of gas line. The should not stop. We are all in it together. Posterity will judge all. 1 Like |

I think there is more to light improvement than jst being raining season. June was also a raining month and there was no improvement thanks to pipeline bombers. I think repairs has bin goin on the busted pipelines. Let's hope it continue to improve... 1 Like |

tundexijim:My thoughts exactly. In fact, we are in August break, which is recorded by Nigerian meteorologists as the month with the least rainfall of the rainy season, and yet, power supply is still great. |

Wow... But somewhere in Okene, we haven't had light since June. They started bringing it last month but it seems it's one hour in a week. We keep hearing avengers are vandalizing pipelines cliche, how come it affects only Okene? |

I live in ife in osun state, in my area light has been significantly stable since may this year. In the day, I have up to 5hrs light and at night same thing every day. I use prepaid also 1 Like |
