Mtn claim that they give free bonus to all their customers when they load from 200 naira (100 mb) and above 500 naira (1GB) is a complete lie to defraud Nigerians . Pls quote me . Well one weekend I was on my own when I got alert that I have been rewarded with 100 mb . My people after the next weekend I loaded 1000 naira on friday hoping to get data , at list 1GB. But I was not given, so I felt that the promo has ended ,but just yesterday ( sat ) I saw the promo on their current project fame 9 magazine . Only for me to load 200 naira and still get no data . And when I called the customer care , I was told that the free data was not available for this week . I ask her how we customer will know which week it will be available, she said that she can only tell me that it is not available for this week .

Dear mtn if you think you can cheat to Nigerians you lied .

Whether you like it or not... As long as you recharged your line and you were credited accordingly... Any network provider reserves the right to give freebies or gifts at their own will.. Its a privilege and not a right... They avr not cheated you in anyway.. You might get d freebies and you might not... You funny sha.. You called a customer service to confirm which week dey will give freebies, and you think dey are gonna tell you, so u will load at that particular week... You can enter d next bus to your village and start a snail farm, your level of IQ is highly needed in dat area... Dont quote me if you want to have a sound sleep dis night o

I totally disagree with you. If you entice ppl to buy ur stuff by advertising falsely, u should be held accountable. The customer should not be coerced to spend their hard earned money on falsehood. No wonder MTN keep getting one form of punishment or another from NCC

Where in this scenario did Mtn coerced the subscriber, they only advertised a freebies will be given weekly, but never indicated whether the weeks will be concurrent which is part of the strategy.. But u are o ly encouraged to recharge weekly to stand a chance.... I experienced the same too, and I formed my opinion on what I posted earlier.. Which is actually the fact about it.
