I thought that there were adequate laws existing already and the problem was adjudication and enforcement.
Why can't Ambode address the root cause of the omoonile wahala instead of making another law that will be ignored?

The issue is not just land grabbing, what we need the government to do, is to stop them from collecting illegal fees on construction of foundation, fencing, mounting of gates, deckings, soak away construction, property renovation, etc.

Seconded,one thing is to sign the law and the other is for the law to be implemented by enforcing it.
