In truth, I have not heard about this Okon Abang oh. And funny enough, I live close to his Court.

Isn't he the "popular-lest" Judge in this Country?

Please I need to know the names of other Justices, many thanks!

I don't see Oga winning this case cos Abia State is ruled by tyrants who would do anything to remain relevant in power. Ikpeazu was Cleverly selected by T. Orji because he was from a particular Clan called Ngwa who were next in turn to Govern the state. With how corrupt T. Orji Government was, the people decided to support Oga all the way but T.Orji like a tyrant check mated the primaries and Ikpeazu was fraudulently selected as the winner. the only hope left for the people of Abia state was to turn to Dr. Alex Otti the APGA party Candidate. which they supported all the way during the election. This was also check mated by T.Orji and PDP whom threatens to kill anybody who voted against PDP. Therefore Nobody came out to vote APGA in Places dominated by the NGWA Clan. let This be known Nobody voted for Ikpeazu except his Ngwa clan who have failed to see reasoning why the people of Abia State don't want Ikpeazu in power because they are afraid He will act the same way as his Godfather T. Orji and which is already taken place by not paying workers salaries and no infrastructural development. Abia State needs Gods intervention. it was formally known as Gods own state, but these tyrants have turned it to Devils own state. i rest my case.

Ikpeazu has not slept well since that fateful ruling. Next time pay your taxes and make sure there is nothing so incriminating that people can use to bring you down. Ogah for Abia!
See as im lawyers be like who dem dey force grin
get your facts right.the issue isn't that he didn't pay his tax(which is a criminal offence) but rather, that his tax clearance contained false information (as a result of negligence by the abia state agencies responsible for such) .The claim is that his tax Clearance papers where signed on a weekend day. I honestly wish that whoever losses would accept defeat in good fate. Aba is really suffering due to this case.

your post made sense till you accused the ngwa clan (which comprises of 6 LGA )of failing to see reason. Does it ever occur to you peeps that we ngwans do not enjoy the state of roads in our cities and as such want only what's best for our state?

If you agree that the ngwa clan voted ikpeazu then you have confirmed INEC results that ikpeazu won
The NGWA clan consist of 9 out of the 17 local govt areas in abia state being controlled by the PDP

Nothing but hatred for the Ngwa people

The stay of execution is automatic once an appeal is filed. The Abia state CJ would not swear anyone else as Governor until the appeal is exhausted
Oga stay of execution is not automatic, don't say what you don't know. This is pre election matter.
