Hello fellow farmers. I am a serving Corp member. I want to go into Agric Business after passing out with a colleague, a Corp member too. Pls we need suggestion on how best to make use of two acres of land close to a river located at Ibadan with 4.5m naira capital. We have considered poultry, piggery and catfish but we don't seem to have a vivid conclusion. Kindly suggest how best to maximize gain with least risk within the shortest time possible. Plantain plantation, catfish, pig and broiler production.
Reasons are as follows: the water source on the land would be good for your catfish and plantain during the dry season, pig is a good converter of waste to meat. While you can get returns on broiler chicken at 6 weeks by selling them as live weight or processed chicken to food ourlets
