you can start with blogger blog. Its free provided you have a gmail account. As for making money with it, you should also know that content is needed to get visitors. That should be one of the first thing to focus on

Hello, Adudavidlee! I always advice people not to start a blog with the sole aim of making money. Start a blog because you have an intrinsic desire to share your ideas with the world. Then you can turn that passion to financial wealth.

No doubt, there are many ways you can make money from your blog. You make some money through:

1. Affiliate marketing
2. Google Adsense
3. Direct advertisment
4. Selling your own products
5. Etc.

However, I will advice you not to rely on your blog for money. It may take sometime and a lot of commitment for your blog to generate some reasonable amounts of money legitimately.
