If i were Fashola, i would not only collect the gift. i would ask them HOW MUCH, so that if possible, i can replicate it many times over if it is viable. As at 2011, Japan had 1,198 small hydropower plants with a total capacity of 3,225 MW. Instead of rejoicing and taking pictures over 1, let us have a thousand across Nigeria, that is what Japan is indirectly asking for. This will help power and create a lot of jobs.
