I saw it in a movie where a private company into women lingerie bought a women prison facility and I was wondering how they'd recoup their money but do you know in just one month they made 5x the profit they usually made,you know the prisoners even gave them more ideas of the type of lingeries that'd sell fast which they adopted, they started paying those women sef.
Corruption and diversion will never allow this idea see the light of day.
