Barka jumah brother and sisters in Islam.This topic (pic illustrations) talks about different posture while performing solat...These postures are components of solat that a Muslim should take serious note of while performing solat..Every posture has an important role it play in solat, be it compulsory solat or nawafil (nofilat).therefore for a Muslim to ensure his/her solat enters pass mark he/she must learn an take note of his or her postures while on solat.
Below each postures will b shown in picture illustration and analysis
1)the standing posture:this is a position during solat where one is reciting verse of the holy quaran (suratul fathia and at least anoda verse from the holy quaran). The Muslim shd b standing str8 and his/her face down looking at d floor at an angle of abt 45 degrees.The hands either well stretched down beside the body or fold upon the chest with right hand above the left see pics below

2) BENDING POSTURE (Rukuh): this is next posture after the standing posture.one goes into the position after completing the first stage.while on Rukuh, one shd ensure that the face is looking str8 down forming a str8 line btw the floor and ones eyes.one shd bend in such a way that if an item,say it a glass of water is placed on ones back it shd sit comfortably. The palms shd be place on the knees in such a way that it aids the back bending without any discomfort. Check picture illustration
