Go to classic systems infotech for ur training in ife, it's a world class ict training center, dey also av a sales department in Mayfair junction, FYI: i don't work der but i was trained there.

OP your budget can get you the specs you want in a laptop. You can head to konga and search for one. But in case you need value for money, you can buy a used one for less.
