Nairalanders, I got a message this morning to subscribe for 3.5gb with 2k and I would be given 17.5gb as bonus. I did same and to my shock I got 3.5gb as my bonus instead. I called CC and she said it is on subsequent subscriptions that the bonus would be given in bits whereas the message stated something different entirely. She claims she will look into it..I will update this thread if its resolved, til then PLS DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE PLAN. They are rogues.

OP u are very correct...i have d same issue too and they are yet to resolve it...i subscribed for the 3.5gb plan yet no wowweekend bonus was given as stated in d sms...its only my device bonus that was topped up coz i had some data b4 den...dats a typical case of misleading customers for fraudulent reasons and its high time they stop doing dat

Now, I have about 400mb left, I got the message too but I didn't rush out to subscribe simply because there was no need. If I subscribe now and I don't get 17.5GB bonus, why should I have an issue? I needed data which I already paid for, why get angry about bonus that's not exactly my right? Lol! Una get wahala. They even gave the OP 3.75GB he still dey Para.
