I need a good and brand new android or blackberry phone of 40k with good camera quality, large memory size, etc. But not sure of which phone to buy. Please will appreciate ideas from my lovely nairalanders

Infinix Hot 4 or Tecno L8 Plus.
Both have good camera of 8MP, 16GB memory, 2GB RAM..
In terms of battery, Hot4 is 4000mAh battery while Teccno L8 Plus is bigger with 5050mAh battery... Both are below 40K.
