Residents of the Daybreak Mouth Open Community in Gardnerville woke up this morning and were braced with the information that Joe Carr, a high core criminal, who's the gang leader in the area was found lying in a pool of blood dead. Shakiki, as he was widely known by, was the orchestrator of lot of criminal activities in the community and its surroundings, ranging from burglary, physical attacks on his victims to arm rubbery'.
