Hello pple, am confused btw buying a RAV4 and a Honda CR-V . Pls for those who have used or know abt dis 2 cars, which wud u suggest I buy, in terms of fuel, maintenance etc.

Buy the CR-V, its much better looking, its bigger in interior volume and external dimension. Its got better standard features installed than the Rav4. Besides, the Rav4 200-2004 has ECM and transmission issues.

You're just rude. You can share your opinion without insulting someone else. I owned a CRV for 3yrs and it gave a lot of issues with the legs. I have personally encountered over 10 Honda products that have suddenly had their front wheel shifted without any previous indication and despite regular maintenance. It is a known issue with Hondas. Honda has better aesthetics but if you notice Nigerians buy more of Toyotas than Hondas because they are fuel efficient and drive better on Nigerian roads.

You may be right that I am rude on you (apologies darling) truth is Honda and legs issues are as a direct or indirect result of owners carelessness (no pun intended) and their technicians laziness. That Honda CR-V is far better than the Toyota Rav4. By everything except tyre size.

Hello guys, lam a proud owner of a 1999 honda crv and I have an aunt who owns a 1999 Toyota rav4. I can authoritatively say the Honda is better than the Toyota in terms of size,dashboard, ac, handling, Honda crv has a stylish design while the rav4 looks like a child's play. the honda has a nice and spacious interior unlike the Toyota. However, the only 2 advantages the rav4 has is the bigger tires for off-road usage and its slightly fuel economical. your Honda will never disappoint you if you pay attention to every noise from the suspension like the shaft, upper arm, bushings etc. been using mine for 2 years and it rocks.

I will suggest the CRV... has more effizy, easy to maintain and fuel efficient... my honest suggestion about the arms, check it well.... I used a 9ja used CRV.. the owner never told me he had an accident that affected the arm so it kept pulling... I have a baby boy dat I just sold.. for 3years.. didn't change the Ball Joint.. I only ensured I got an original one installed initially.
Besides I have seen, camry, Benz with pulled out Legs of recent!
