It's not bad when considering the location. The firm has already informed us that from September 1st, the property will be selling for N3m. Gosgra Estate phase 2 is selling for N2.5m now and it's located at Olowotedo, after Assese for 450sqm. How much more this estate behind Punch at Magboro with Global C of O?

What other fees are attached to each allocation? I know most estates one will pay some kind of fees before developing and lastly is it a dry land as in very dry and strong

As at last month, their development levy, survey and documentation fee was pegged at N250,000.

But from today September 1st, the property is now selling for N3m, and all fees have been culminated in the price. So after N3m, no other fee is demanded from the subscriber.

And yes the land is a dry land.
