It was nothing short of a coincidence that the person who took Sound Sultans most popular photograph would eventually become a celebrated artist like him eventually.

That is Adekunle Gold's story as he finally got the chance to narrate how he photographed Sound Sultan at a Studio in Ogba back in 2007.

Adekunle God explains further on his page.
"SO I FINALLY GOT THE CHANCE TO TELL @soundsultan HOW I MET HIM 9 YEARS AGO. I WAS JUST A PHOTOGRAPHY ENTHUSIAST WORKING AT XDS STUDIO AT OGBA. NAIJA NINJA WALKED INTO OUR STUDIO FOR A PHOTO SESSION. I WAS SO PSYCHED. I LOBBIED TO TAKE HIS PICTURES AND GOAL GETTER THAT I AM NA , I DID IT WITH JOY AND ALSO EDITED THE PICTURES. HE WAS SUPER KIND, PLAYFUL AND THAT WAS THE FIRST THE FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE OF WHAT CELEBRITIES ARE LIKE. 9 YEARS LATER , THE BOY THT PHOTOGRAPHED THE LEGEND NOW PERFORMS WITH THE LEGEND. GOD IS GOOD.

Adekunle Gold is a good chap. Really down to earth and cool!

Met him at Konami Tournament recently and he was just asking us if we have bought his album yet!!
