Someone made a call to Ibadan yesterday and reported that a bag of rice goes for 13k there... But Here in Warri a bag is sold btw 20 to 22k. I want to know if the Ibadan story is true, that's why am putting up this question; How Much is A Bag Of Rice In Your Locality
