Militants blow up oil pipeline in Delta

At a time when Niger Delta Avengers are declaring end to attacks in the region, an Urhobo militant group, Niger Delta Greenland Justice Movement, NDGJM, has blown up a pipeline operated by Nigeria Petroleum Development Company, NPDC, and Shorelines Petroleum Nigeria in Delta State.
The pipeline, which is a major delivery line for NPDC, was blown up at 3.am on Tuesday despite the ongoing military drill in the Niger Delta region code-named, “Operation Crocodile Smile.”

A statement by the group’s leader, “Gen” Aldo Agbalaja, said the attack was carried out by its Uproot Team B, adding that it was also launching “Operation Crocodile Tears” in response to the military’s “Operation Crocodile Smile.”

These Niger Deltan Militants should take it easy please,as this should bother any sane Nigeria.

This Copy Cat effect is something,I knew one day will start happening,and now the Urhobo Militants have joined the fray.

I knew it will only be a matter of time,considering the Billions we read about that only the Ijaw Militants make,will attract other ethnic tribes in the Niger Delta to carry Arms.

In Delta State,there is AGIP somewhere in the heart of Ukuani people,tapping into their GAS Reserve for a long time now. In Sapele there is a SHELL flow Station there.

NNPC is in Uvwie land,and in Isoko land there are plenty of oil Companies,not counting the Itsekiri and Ijaw Axis.

If each tribe with oil installations decides to start blowing things up,it will not only affect our Economy,it will also affect the local work force,which includes their tribesmen.

This is why these Militants should stop. You guys are destroying your homeland.
