hello guys I need u to help me know the problem and solution to why my PC pes 2016 dpfilelist generator is not working even just to open is there any software or application I need before I can run it because I have java runtime 8 with Microsoft.net framework 4 currently installed on my PC please guys I need ur help a lot. thank u in advance.

right click on it and run as an administrator, or redownload it again, the one you have might have been corrupted.

I have downloaded it many times and run as administrator but can u upload the one u use for me since its just 40kb

would have gladly uploaded it for you but i am on an iphone presently, and it can't do that, search for the keyword in the pic below, thats mine.

still not working please I need one more favour from u kindly screenshot or snap the whole list of programs u have installed on ur PC under control panel uninstall or change program section thank u.
