Well I won't blame customers most times, cause it seems our network providers lure us into subscribing for what we don't need and most subscriptions are autorenewed whichis sometimes provoking. I could remember when I had my last 1500 to subscribe for data plan on my mtn , after recharging I was sent a message of 50 box being deducted for caller tunez I was mad. I think all network providers should end the idea of autorenewing any plan. What I want this month may not be what I want next month. For instance my friend normally subscribe for etisalat 500 weekly plan, when he was ready to subscribe for 1k plan he recharged and his 500plan was autorenewed. With anger he had to call there customer care. So most times it could be avoided.
In general my ample opinion is that all autorenew plans should be put to stop.

he wasnt nice..he loves his job,and he knows its ethics..these are the main questions they ask u during ur hiring interviews..u shud research on CCR jobs..i cant argue with u if u are not in the field..and obviously kunle u cant work in this field.

Sorry to tell u, that's wat I do n that's how we re trained. You give d customer 3 warning, it is called d 3 warning rule. Then u have d right to end d call if he persist.

well is what i do also and i work with SC JOHNSON..FYI information most companies are adopting were u dont av to pick up the call ursef and end it either..goodluck to u kunle.

That kain call, forget it, I'll drop the headset straight.... Although the way I my avaya was configured I usually picked 'class' calls, those kinda PPL re rarely irate... And then it's not possible to take charge of my call... #BackWhen grin

This conversation may be quite funny to pple. But i can categorically say that the customer care rep allowed the customer to take charge of the call. I am a ccr, if such call is being picked by a yoruba who is a ccr, i can assure you the call may be dropped. I have once picked a call like that....a physically challenged customer who is blind (with wat he told me at the beginning of our conversation)his credit was deducted and i sincerely empathized with him. Trying to explain the cause of the deduction he strtd raining curses of blindness on me....i immediately warned politely to stop the insult, but he was irate n kept on raining curses. After the third warning, i dropped the call. CCRs are also human beings but the world they operate when they are in a call centre is different from the world of customers most especially irate customers.

Livefreeordieha: Na you be the disgrace, and na you be big poo, i just said it "Nicor gas" and "comed" my former gf was a Customer service and HR Manager with both and she trained them on calls etc. I think you are misunderstanding me and go and read all my comments again, YES, they are trained to keep apologizing and most importantly solve the problems/issue of an angry customer but most importantly they are trained Never, ever to accept personal insults from any body full of poo with Naija mentality like you or the idiot on the phone, if you say things like thunder fire you or you curse out a CS rep, they will hang the call on your ass... no need to find proof, just try it yourself, call the 1800 number of any US based company and insult them personally and if you don't here :click:, i will donate $50.00 to any person in need that you suggest, i am serious.
