Edo State APC Governorship candidate was caught on camera sleeping during the ground-breaking ceremony of the Integrated Produce City Ugbokun,Ovia NE LGA in Edo state.  If an unripe mango like Obaseki mistakenly gets elected, he will be sleeping anyhow inside Government house Look at his dirty looking shoe. Unripe Mango that is what Benin People call Obaseki
