Buhari hasnt done anything bad

The first day I heard the word padding in Nigeria, I took my mobile dictionary to find the meaning of the word , on getting the meaning I asked myself why didn't the media use MANIPULATION. If the word manipulation had been used on the budget saga,Dogara wouldn't have said manipulation is not a crime.
On the issue of Brazilian senate impeaching President for manipulation,I think our national assembly members should look critically into the manipulation done by their leaders.

On what ground? If its based on budget padding, then our Legislators should sack themselves, after all they were the ones who padded the 2016 budget, and not the Executives.

We were told by the members of the house that Dogara and Jibrin padded the budget and he said it was legal. How come it was PDP?
