1. That account has been denied and she said it is a parody.
2. You guys need a better command of English. She said it has been reduced by 6bn which means it will be 159bn per month ie, they reduced the wage bill by 6bn and 165-6=159bn.
If the tweet had read to 6bn, then the maths was wrong.
