sorry for the wrong info but help me help..me with my palm it is extremely hard i have used vaseline and sugar paste to scrub e no work

i don't do hand shakes again i chop knuckle
i cant toast babe anymore because any slight feeling of the palm is rough

am thinking i should treat it from inside


were can i find things to use

i drink water often ,my sisters hand is extremely soft ..not that i have a rough skin oo just my palm that is rough and ugly

Ur hand though, have u tried hand cream? If u have,then try pears baby lotion, mix a Lil baby oil with the white lotion, u will see results soon if u rub it all the time esp in the Nyt when ur sure ur ready to sleep.that is the secret for those who don't have it naturally including me,now my palms are so soft and moist too.
