When the application is open...all the documents required will be there. The application is not open yet, you just created an account not the scholarship application.

I have successfully stated the application process of this scholarship.
It's been a smooth ride so far but I've encountered some hiccups along the line.

Jamb cert, Acceptance letter, Official letter... Are they all to be provided or just either of them?
The jamb certificate should be your admission letter if I'm not mistaken.
Official letter might be the one they requested you get from your HOD.
The referees are just people who can attest for you, mum & dad, any clergyman.

I haven't started the registering process because I've not gotten my school ID card yet. Attached is the requirement I downloaded from the site.

According to the form, acceptance letter is compulsory, but my school didn't issue any acceptance letter, we just paid acceptance fee after admission.
Ion even have a national identity card.
That one will pose a problem.
My school hasn't concluded second semester, I have no cgpa yet....
This is serious.
