The only site we have at Odeda LGA for N70,000 per acre, is for a minimum of 50 acres.
The land is owned by Family
To confirm the owners we will take you to the baale / paramount ruler of the community to clerify any doubt
For the other locations at Odeda
Ogunmakin - an acre goes for N170,000 (500 Acres available)
Alabata - an acre goes for N150,000 ( 600 Acres ) . Survey plan
