As for the ICT, note that MOBILE MONEY is not a same as ICT. Nigeria is far ahead of Kenya in MOBILE BANKING as against MOBILE MONEY.

MOBILE MONEY thrives in kenya due to the absence of Commercial Banking infrastructure and integration of ePayment channels (MOBILE BANKING, ATM, POS, ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAYS). These however is in advanced stages in Nigeria..
